You are invited to a Professional Development Leadership Course on March 28th, facilitated by Brittany Block, United States Air Force. Through John C. Maxwell's Developing The Leader Within You, SRS-WIN will explore the value of:
- Achieving success using the Five Levels of Leadership
- Building trust through personal integrity
- Prioritizing
- Creating positive change
- Developing people
- Identifying and solving problems and preventing recurrence
- Defining and articulating a vision for your organization
- Becoming character-driven instead of emotion-driven
Opening remarks presented by Bruce Easterson, SRNS Senior Vice President, Chief Engineer and Nuclear Safety Officer, and course material presented by Brittany Block, United States Air Force.
