About the event
Who is Anitra McManus?
Anitra McManus is a human resources and workforce development professional with more than 11 years of experience across Human Capital Management, Talent Management, Leadership Development, University Engagement, and workforce pipeline strategy. She currently serves as the University Engagement Program Manager at Savannah River Nuclear Solutions (SRNS), where she leads strategic university partnerships, oversees workforce pipeline initiatives, and serves as the Program Lead for Hiring Our Heroes, supporting the recruitment and transition of military service members and spouses.
In addition to her role within University Engagement, Anitra serves as President of Aspiring Mid-Level Professionals (AMP) at SRNS. Under her leadership theme, “Owning Your Next: Lead with Purpose,” she leads programming that helps mid-career professionals gain clarity, strengthen leadership capability, and take ownership of their career progression.
