Mental Wellness in the Workplace with Dr. Cheryl Cummings

Dr. “C”, as she is affectionately known, is the owner of Stairway Counseling Services, LLC and Future Generation

Consulting & Training, LLC. The foundation of these businesses is serving the underserved public through

individual and family counseling, workshops, community panels, and educational seminars. Currently, Dr. Cummings

has begun a new venture as the EAP Coordinator for SRNS.

Dr. Cummings obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from the University of South Carolina Aiken, and a Master of Science Degree in Counseling & Psychology from Troy University, Augusta, Georgia. She earned her doctorate (with Honors & Distinction) in Human Services with a specialization in Counseling Studies at Capella University.
